These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all Apex Discord bots — Apex 1 (main), Apex 2 and Apex 3 (music), and Apex Free (also shown as Apex 0) — collectively "Apex", "we", "the bot". By adding Apex to a Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to these Terms.
Apex is a multipurpose Discord bot offering music playback (YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud), leveling, economy, giveaways, roles, welcome messages, moderation, tickets and, on Premium, an AI assistant and audio filters. Features may be added, changed or removed over time as the bot is under active development.
When using Apex you agree to:
We may restrict or remove access to the bot for any server or user that violates these rules.
Apex is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. Music sources and third-party platforms (e.g. YouTube, Spotify) may change or restrict access at any time, which can affect playback.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of access arising from the use or inability to use the bot. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it and remove the bot from your server.
You may stop using Apex at any time by removing it from your server. We may suspend or terminate access to the bot, including Premium features, for any server or user that breaches these Terms or abuses the service.
Your use of Apex is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it is used.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
For any question about these Terms, contact us using the /support command on any server where Apex is present.
